Phyllis is a highly motivational Master Trainer, Fitness Specialist, and Group Exercise Instructor, who emphasizes weight training with cardio intervals and Pilates for weight loss and sculpting the body. She helps clients make changes to their fitness routines, making them more effective, and creates new, challenging workouts for clients who are bored with their current exercise routines and need to get over an exercise plateau.
Phyllis works to educate her clients on ALL the components of physical fitness - cardiovascular, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory - for better health and better results at the gym. She focuses on proper form and muscular alignment to maximize results and minimize injuries, and inspires clients to lead healthy and fit lifestyles to further increase their state of well-being.
