What is Dance Step?

Dance Step is Tues at 12:15. The intro is 12-12:15. This is a unique cardio class that integrates dance choreography, traditional step aerobics, and plyometric drills to keep your heart rate pumping and sculpt and tone the whole body. Choreography builds from week to week to keep you engaged and challenged mentally and physically.

Dance Step is taught by Phyllis at Healthworks on at Tuesdays at 12:15pm. There is also an Introduction to Dance Step, from 12:00pm - 12:15pm.
